Installing or Upgrading from osTicket

Upload the files, visit the url, follow the installer.

Upgrading from eTicket v1.5 or above

Remove all files/dirs apart from:
automail.pl, settings.php, attachments, additional themes
Upload all the new files apart from the ones mentioned above
Check the diff between automail.pl and settings.php between versions.
You can use WinMerge (http://www.winmerge.com) to check the diff.
