Problems Corrected

- all search criteria now passed through pagination links of search results.
- removed account balance as a payment choice when there is no account balance for the current user within the subscription renewal routine.
- fixed query to select correct featured ads from specific category selected within category specific featured ads module.
- placed optional site wide field length controls within detail form
- fixed proper use of category specific maximum number of free picture setting
- actual length of days of a subscription period was not displayed in subscription period form
- corrected registration optional field 8 so that it displays correctly within dropdown box choice
- changed so that Title field and Optional Fields now governed by the html allowed feature
- fixed a display issue with Featured Pic Ad 3 module
- lead image was being resized incorrectly based on max allowable image size and lead image size settings
- placing <textarea> tags inside of textareas when editing an item caused the textarea to break
- stripos is a PHP 5 function only, so replaced with strpos
- category tree text was not url decoded
- site wide optional field 10 was not displaying properly on the ad display page
- class tags were not working properly for extra questions
