Before starting, we strongly recommend making a backup of your Vivvo site (Administration -> Maintenance -> Create backup) prior to running the Upgrade.

While every attempt has been made to ensure that Upgrade is bug-free, due to the number of different hardware and software configurations around today, it is impossible to guarantee that it will perform error-free on your particular system. As a result, it is strongly recommended that you make a backup before trying an upgraded version of Vivvo.

NOTICE: This upgrade contains language and template fixes. Please be carefull about your custom work.

Step 1: Backup Database Tables and Files (especially custom Templates)

Use Administration -> Maintenance -> Create backup to backup database, or any other tool you prefer (like phpMyAdmin). Make sure to backup files as well, especially custom made files (like templates).

Step 2: Overwrite the Files

Unpack vivvo-patch.zip file and upload via FTP to your web server, overwriting all the files that already exist there.
